You have the right to cancel your training course booking within 14 days of purchase for a full refund, provided no course materials have been accessed and no training has commenced. | Send an email to info@compliantretrofits.co.uk with “Cancellation Request” in the subject line. Include your name, course name, and order number. | If you cancel after the course has started, no refund will be issued. You may be able to transfer to a future course date (subject to availability and admin fee of £50). Transfer requests must be made at least 7 days before the original course start date. |
If you cancel before any work has commenced, you receive a full refund of any deposit paid.
If you cancel after work has commenced, you will be charged for work completed at our daily or hourly rate as follows:

Quotes are provided free of charge. If you decide not to proceed after receiving a quote, there is no charge.
