How do I know if I qualify for ECO4 grants?

You may qualify if you own your home (or have landlord permission), have an EPC rating of D, E, F, or G, and receive certain benefits such as Universal Credit, Pension Credit, Income Support, or other qualifying benefits. If you do not receive benefits, you may still qualify through ECO4 Flex via your local authority. PAS 2035 covers the whole retrofit process from assessment to completion — it is for retrofit coordinators, assessors, and designers. PAS 2030 covers installation only — it is for installers fitting insulation, heating, or renewables. Both are required for ECO4 funding.
